Our Trench Health team assesses clients' or patients' diet histories and habits to tailor nutritional therapies as clinical interventions to support the management of chronic health conditions, for optimal health outcomes.
Rebates (Private Health Rebates may apply). Medicare provides a rebate for Dietetic consultations if the patient has a current Chronic Disease Management Plan.

What does a Trench Dietitian do? - Assess nutritional needs. - Develop personalised eating plans for the management of medical conditions and personal circumstances. - Provide nutrition counselling. - Provide information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home - Participates in research to inform evidence-based practice.

Henry has a passion for health and wellness and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. He delivers scientific evidence-based movement interventions addressing maladaptive motor behaviours within a mindful movement framework. Henry works with people of all ages and levels of conditioning, with the aim of improving quality of life, well-being and increasing performance. He has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with an extensive personal athletic and sports background, particularly in road cycling and running. He believes strongly that movement is the best medicine for any acute or chronic condition, and provides a patient-centred focus for all individuals to assist them in achieving their own unique goals and desired outcomes.

Line Malan
Accredited Exercise Physiologist WA State Hockey Team.
Represented South Africa in Hockey and Tennis
Line graduated from the University of the Free State in South Africa (SA) with a First Class Honours Degree in Biokinetics (equivalent to Exercise Physiologist). She then completed a Masters degree in Biokinetics. Line also represented SA on the International stage in both field hockey and tennis. She is currently part of WA's Women’s State hockey team (Perth Thundersticks) and head of the WA Junior State coaching program. A highly motivated, dedicated and resilient professional, Line is passionate about exercise, conditioning, rehabilitation and nutrition. She loves using her knowledge and expertise to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.

What makes Trench AEPs different to other exercise professionals? They are university qualified. They go through a strict accreditation process with Exercise and Science Science Australia (ESSA). They prescribe exercise according to evidence-based practice. They can treat DVA (Department of Veteran's Affairs) and Workers Compensation patients.
