Henry has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with an extensive personal athletic and sports background. As an elite cyclist, both his education and passion for cycling come in handy as he conducts high level testing and provides programs for cyclists and other athletes wanting to improve their performance. Henry believes strongly that movement is the best medicine for any acute or chronic condition. He provides a patient-centred focus to assist individuals in achieving their unique goals and desired outcomes.

Line Malan
Accredited Exercise Physiologist WA State Hockey Team.
Represented South Africa in Hockey and Tennis
Line graduated from the University of the Free State in South Africa (SA) with a First Class Honours Degree in Biokinetics (equivalent to Exercise Physiologist). She then completed a Masters degree in Biokinetics. Line also represented SA on the International stage in both field hockey and tennis. She is currently part of WA's Women’s State hockey team (Perth Thundersticks) and head of the WA Junior State coaching program. A highly motivated, dedicated and resilient professional, Line is passionate about exercise, conditioning, rehabilitation and nutrition. She loves using her knowledge and expertise to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.
