Our Trench Health and Fitness Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) assesses clients or patients' diet histories and habits to tailor nutritional therapies as clinical interventions to support the management of chronic health conditions, for optimal health outcomes.

Assess nutritional needs.

Develop personalised eating plans for the management of medical conditions and personal circumstances.

Provide information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home

Participates in research to inform evidence-based practice.
Rebates (Private Health Rebates may apply)
Medicare provides a rebate for Dietetic consultations if the patient has a current Chronic Disease Management Plan.

DR EMILY CALTON
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Emily has several years’ clinical experience working with a variety of clients including children, adolescents and adults. She has consulted in the design of nutrition interventions for research studies and lectured in the undergraduate Nutrition program at Curtin University. Emily is an accredited Sports Dietitian with a passion for improving the performance of elite and recreational athletes through nutrition.
Emily currently manages Trench’s Medically Supervised Weight Management Program.
