Trench is pleased to offer cyclists Phase Two of our Summer Program.

Phase One of Summer training wrapped up prior to Xmas and thanks to those who have supported us - we greatly appreciate it.

Phase Two kicked off Tuesday 12th January and will run for 10 weeks.

Joining in with the Ride for Youth training, the emphasis will be on specific preparation for the Ride.

  • Tuesdays: we will continue to concentrate on Speed and Power.
  • Thursdays: this session will concentrate on intense interval training.
  • Saturdays: This session will continue to concentrate on improving endurance and strength.

All rides depart from Trench Gym at 5.30am.
