TRENCH CBD MAY SPECIAL EXTENDED!

Our May special has been extended for the month of June. If you sign up for a 3, 6 or 12 month membership, we will extend the term of your membership. Join for 3 months and we will give a 4 month membership, join for 6 months and we will give you an 8 month membership, or join for 12 months and we will give you a 15 month membership.

In contrast to the classes held by my other gym, Trench’s classes are different every time... The people that attend are fantastic – the team that sweats together stays together! It’s great being able to nip downstairs at lunchtime with some of my work mates, get away from my desk and warm up in winter. there a wide variety of fitness levels. When I go to regular gym classes they’re basically all the same demographic and there’s no interaction. the boxing classes there are people who have never done it through to people that have been in the ring! Yet it’s not scary and there’s no ego.all encourage each other.

A couple of things I enjoy about classes:

·What I really enjoy about classes is that they are a set time.  I can plan to be at the gym at a certain time, for a certain time.  My boss and my boyfriend don’t value my time at the gym as much as I do, and classes provide me with a prior commitment (or “meeting”) in that I need to be there at a certain time.

·Trench put lots of variety in their classes.  This allows the time to go much faster than when I am working out on my own.  I learn lots of training terminology like tabata sets and plyometrics.  I can then use what I learn in classes to mix up my own training so I don’t get bored.

·The best bit is sometimes, when I am inevitably standing on the train getting to work in the morning and holding on to the overhead supports, I get a glimpse of myself in the reflective windows – and I see that I now have muscle definition in my arms.  That is when I like classes the best.
