24/7 CBD GYM - Fitness Testing and Health Screening

When you join the Trench Health and Fitness Gymnasium, you are booked in for your first fitness assessment. This takes approximately 30 minutes and is done to find out your current fitness level, look at some important health risk levels and determine any restrictions you may have regarding exercise.

It also gives you a great starting point for your exercise programme and allows you to see how you progress through your time as a Trench Gym Member.

Tailored Fitness Testing and Health Screening

Trench Health and Fitness conducts and designs a wide range of testing and screening procedures on a custom basis for corporate clients. This can include anything from health questionnaires and cholesterol testing to more involved health assessments conducted by qualified health and medical professionals. We can also provide analysis and strategic health programs aimed at improving test results of companies and organisations.
