24/7 CBD GYM - Gym Classes

The CBD Gym classes are an excellent way to get fit. They provide a mix of fitness and strength work and are an effective way to burn extra energy which is an important part of any fat loss program. These classes are also social and allow you to join in and meet other people who have similar interests and goals.

An instructor runs each class and gives personalised advice to fit in with your current level of fitness or restrictions and will offer exercise alternatives if appropriate.
