Rules and Guidelines

We would like every Trench Health and Fitness Gymnasium client to receive maximum benefit from our facilities and services. For this to happen we ask that you take notice of the following procedures.

Club Visits
Please present your membership card at the reception desk when ever you visit the centre.

Hours of Operation
These may be varied at the discretion of the management. Hours of operation are available at the gym reception and posted on this web site. You will find this information in the contact us section of this website.

Conduct
In order to foster a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere within the centre we ask members to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.

Attire
FOOTWEAR IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. All members should wear clean and suitable attire at all times. For exercise: shirts, shorts, track suits, leotards or tights are appropriate.

Towel
For hygiene reasons and others comfort, please bring a training towel to wipe perspiration from gym equipment.

Smoking
Is not permitted in any area of the centre.

Comfort
While exercise is a sweaty business, please try to combat your body odour for the comfort of other members.

Maintenance
Management reserves the right to close off any part of the premises or any piece of equipment for maintenance at any time.

Suspension of Membership
Suspension of membership is only possible on an individual 3 month, 6 month and 12 month memberships. All members wishing to suspend, must complete a suspension form available from the gym reception, and surrender their membership card for the duration of the suspension allowed.

Change of Personal Details
ie address, telephone, etc. Members are requested to advise the centre of any changes in their personal details as soon as possible after they occur.

Liability

1. All members use Trench Health and Fitness at their own risk
2. Trench Sportz Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for damage or injury through use of the centre facilities
3. Trench Sportz Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or damage to property
4. Damage to Trench Sportz Pty Ltd property shall be paid for by any member who wilfully or neglectfully causes such damage. Members are responsible for damages incurred by their guests or children

Membership Termination
Any member may be suspended by the management for failure to comply with any of the centre rules or for code of conduct that the management deems improper, and in any way detrimental to the best interests of the centre. If any action is proposed against the member he, or she shall be given notice, and the opportunity to discuss the proposed action with management. However the decision reached by the management will be final.
