Circuit Classes

Circuit classes are an excellent way to get fit. They provide a mix of fitness and strength work and are an effective way to burn extra energy which is an important part of any fat loss program. These classes are also social and allow you to join in and meet other people who have similar interests and goals. An instructor runs each class and gives personalised advice to fit in with your current level of fitness or restrictions and will offer exercise alternatives if appropriate.

The objective of circuit training is to give the participants a total body workout, with variety and fun being the essential ingredients.

  • All fees are payable before the commencement of training.
  • Your circuit membership includes supervised training sessions, appraisals and full access to the gym.
  • Circuit members now have access to circuits on Monday to Friday at 6.00am as well as Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6.00pm. Please look carefully below for class times.

Corporate Circuit - These are circuits run for certain companies and only their staff are permitted to attend
Creative Pathways - Is a private program which sub leases gym space.
