The Trench Health and Fitness Energise Program is an opportunity for individuals to look honestly at their life and learn what’s creating energy and what’s draining vitality. With more energy, you’re more active, emotionally happy and physically radiant. Over the 6 or 12 weeks, individuals will learn how to create a lifestyle that boosts energy-stocks every day through a series of interactive seminars and practical sessions, physical activity opportunities and individual lifestyle counselling sessions.
Topics covered include stress management, meditation techniques, relaxation, sleep, nutrition and exercise to name a few. An energy audit is conducted on the organisation at the beginning and end of the program providing a quantitative analysis on the success of the program.
