Group Exercise

Trench Health and Fitness can deliver on-site group exercise sessions providing fully qualified exercise physiologists.  Classes may include but are not limited to:

Trench are also able to provide specialist exercise classes, such as:

The circuits are tailored for the beginner through to the more experienced exerciser and participants are provided with a thorough pre-exercise assessment before they can participate in the activity.

boxing moves BEGINNER

Learn the basics of boxing and start to improve your overall fitness in this low impact 30-60 minute session. Jab and hook your way up to the intermediate boxing class by beginning in this safe, friendly and fun environment.

boxing moves INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED

This class is the ultimate way to exercise, socialize and de-stress all at the same time. Burn calories, lose the gut, increase your fitness, start to lose those bingo wings and get some guns (think long lean beautiful, not Danny Green guns!). Expect some sweat!

Would you like to run faster, jump higher, throw further, hit harder, ride longer, swim stronger, look leaner, live keener. This high intensity circuit based class is the key to gain a fitness edge and feeling an explosion of endorphins. Perfect for anyone interested in improving their overall strength and fitness. A reasonable level of fitness is required for this class.

LBT moves

Thunder thighs, muffin top, junk in the trunk, Beyonce booty?  Wanna shake it on out of here? LBT is a class devoted to working your Legs, Bums and Tums. Enough said!

Stretch Moves

Stretch MOVES is a muscle balancing class which will make all your other exercises easier. Expect a mixture of stretching, walking, meditation and relaxation exercises to not only gain improved flexibility in your muscles but give your mind a sense of balance. Get away from your desk and make the rest of your day more productive!

His Moves

An aerobic, anaerobic, muscular/cardio endurance, indoor/outdoor class, basically a bit of everything. This class involves a mixture of barbeLL, dumbbell and body weight exercises, core work and low impact cardio to get you fit and strong. This is a great class for guys who want a challenging full body workout.

Her Moves

Her Moves is a women’s only class which focuses on the ‘lady’ bits – pelvic floor, chest, hips, butt, arms – Enjoy a workout in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Core Moves

You can feel them…somewhere? Building good core strength takes more than just sit ups. The "core" actually consists of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso. These muscles stabilize the spine, pelvis and shoulder and provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities. This class will have you performing safe and interesting ways to strengthen your core. Perfect for any fitness level.
