Workplace Health Expos

Health expos are fun, interactive, team building events that provide opportunities for organisations to promote a healthy culture within the workplace.

Held over 2-3 hours, Trench Health and Fitness will design a health expo that meets the objectives and budget of any organisation. 

The expo stalls are “manned” by experienced and highly regarded health professionals. Staff will have access to personalised one-on-one advice with the health professionals.

Organisations can choose from some of the following stalls:

• Cholesterol and BP checks
• Fitness testing
• Body composition
• Iridology assessments
• Massage therapy
• Podiatry assessments and gait analysis
• Posture assessments
